Check-in after 19:00 comes at an additional cost!

Check-in after 23:00 is not possible.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Special requests should be discussed upon arrival and might cost extra.
Please inform St Emmerich Residence in advance of your expected arrival time. (You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.)
Pets are not allowed in the property.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartments! Smoking areas are located on the terrace.
All guests over 18 years old are required to pay tourist tax, the rate is € 1.50/person/night. Tourist tax is obligatory from the age of 18. Only official identification can provide an exception.
Guests must be quiet between 22:00 and 08:00.
A damage deposit of € 150 is required upon arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check out in case of cash payment or within 7 days when paying by card, as long as there has been no damage to the property.
Cancellation: you may cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. You will be charged the total price of the reservation if you cancel in the 30 days before arrival. If you don’t show up you will be charged the total price of the reservation.
